The welcoming gift was pleasant. |

One problem was that there was only one cooking pan. (There should be more than one.)
And we missed some necessary spices, oil etc. (we would appreciate if there was some salt, pepper, oil, vinegar and sugar) |

This beautiful cottage is clean, well furnished and has a view to die for! Even if the weather is poor (and in our many visits we have found it much better than the forecasts have predicted) the views and places to visit certainly make up for it. It is great for bird lovers (ospreys, red kites, woodpeckers etc etc are often seen through the window) and seals and dolphins can be seen at Chanonry point. |

Anything I say on this would be nit-picking! We find the whole experience first class........ from Julie's help with the booking (she knows I'm not good with I.T ! ) to the much appreciated welcome pack left by Gillian. We've already booked again for October...... we can never wait to return! |

Accommodation is very comfortable and superbly located. The local area offers excellent independent food shops and several very good eateries. Local wildlife and walking is always top rate. |
|
The main bedroom en-suite bathroom is under heated for winter use and would benefit from a towel rail with a higher rating, eg. 150W |

Very happy with our stay and particularly appreciative of the Christmas tree and provisions left for us. Once again Gillian and crew did a great job having house clean and welcoming when we arrived.

This is a beautiful, peaceful place that let us enjoy true Highland countryside - from the pheasants to the scenery! We enjoyed the layout and the ability to accommodate a 3rd child in the one room. Having 2 full bathrooms and a half bathroom was a pleasant surprise for us. |

Main thing was dull knives! Oh, it may also be helpful to put on your website, NOT to follow the Google directions. It brings you in from the other side, which isn't quite possible. Your directions were good but normally I just pull it off the internet and I know the people renting the cottage beside us followed Google Maps and had to back track! |

The location was very special, with lots of interesting things to watch or do all day. The accommodation was excellent, too, particularly because each bathroom had a bath as well as a shower, unlike others on the estate.
The help and service we get from everyone from Julie on booking, to Gillian at the cottage, to staff members on the estate that we have met, are lovely, professional and friendly. |

Beautiful cottage, lovely location, having broadband this year was very useful. |
|
Shower in the bathroom in the twin bedroom has no water pressure and is not useable. Oven was not very clean. |

We have always been very happy and enjoyed our visits to Bay Farm in the past and could not fault the kindness and the service you provide for us. We also enjoy the peace and the beauty of the surrounding countryside and feel very relaxed as a result. It is lovely to sit out and enjoy the view. |

Outdoors: ''Private patio" overlooking the bay was not true on this occasion but I am sure our neighbours and their visitors had a lovely holiday. |

Location perfect. So relaxing to be able to look out at such a wonderful view. Cottage itself would be hard to beat. Can't wait to go back in Oct! Booked it as soon as we got home (again!) |
