Our second time at this cottage and didn’t fail to impress yet again We were with different people this time and they were very impressed also.
We like location and views.The set up of cottage suited our needs perfectly
We would return here again on our next visit up to the area |

Information pack was very helpful for what an ailable in area. Although info told us they were appliance instructions in a draw there were not, we did eventually find microwave instructions with days out pamphlets. As we are quite appliance savvy we managed prior to this so would suggest they be located for future guests. My only gripe is shower in twin bedroom and maybe a power shower like the double bedroom could be looked into, we did manage but wasn’t very powerful to remover shampoo/conditioner from hair.with just being an electric shower. As above this would not stop us revisiting . |

We always know that the cottage will be well maintained ( there’s always something new that we notice) and the cleanliness is top notch.
You would be hard pressed to find a better location and there is always lots of wild life to view. It is so relaxing that we never want to leave! |

As far as we are concerned it is perfect! We wouldn’t return time and time again otherwise ….. even though it is over a 400 mile journey for us. It is well worth it!! |

Beautiful cottage and location, already booked twice for 2026 |
|
Some furnishings starting to look abit tired, and the wasps outside roebuck are a constant pest. We mentioned to Gillian and the guys came to put more powder down but the problem persisted. Also it seemed there was a problem with hot water to the shower in the twin room. |

Each time we stay in this fabulous cottage we have such a lovely relaxing time and can never wait to return. We’ve stayed here more than 20 times, so that says it all. The cottage is well equipped and is maintained to a very high standard. |

Perfect location for touring the Blackisle, Easter and Wester Ross and Moray coast.
Clean and tidy, had what was necessary, comfortable. |

Wall units for the storage of dishes, these items would be more accessible if stored in an eye level unit. Pots and pans in lower storage cupboards is ok. |

The cottage is in an idyllic position, weve being coming there for the last 12yrs. We will be returning in 2025. |

After having stayed in Roebuck cottage for 12 yrs, i feel that it is starting to show that it needs a refresh, also the lack of any sort of welcome pack i feel could be off putting to potential guests. |

We have visited this cottage around 20 times now and the standard of cleanliness is always first class. The location is amazing and is perfect for anyone interested in wildlife. No matter what the weather is like there is plenty to see just from the window! An ideal place to have some R&R. |

A beautiful secluded cottage
Quiet and peaceful with lovely views of the bay sunrises and sunsets.
Yet very close to The amenities in the local villages and Inverness.
The staff were very efficient and friendly.
I would definitely book again. |

I missed a Nespresso style coffee pod machine.
We brought our own coffee pot filter and filter papers.
First night was quite cold as All the heaters had not been turned on.
TV remotes were difficult perhaps the batteries were low?
The extractor fan in the kitchen was noisy and not located above the stove. |
