the standard of accommodation was excellent - the smoke alarm did go off for no reason on the Friday morning which was not ideal at 05;00 with a 3 year old but overall the cottage was lovely - the drawing room was fabulous and very peaceful |

some checks needed to be done perhaps more regularly - some bulbs out, smoke alarm as above and no loo rolls on arrival but this was perhaps because we arrived early. also, the welcome pack for the Scottish properties is far better. As for having a 3 year old, we were very wary that the drop outside the cottage garden did not have a fence |

Fabulous cottage furnished and equipped to the highest standard. Appreciated all the extras that were supplied and the attention to detail that has gone in to making this cottage so luxurious. Would not hesitate to recommend and hope to return soon. |

Door of double bedroom would not shut but this was a minor issue. |

At least three piles of dog excrement on the lawned area. We did not have any young children with us on this occasion but if we did have the grandchildren with us this would not have been acceptable.
Mould growing on the tiles in the master bathroom shower.
Bad smell of drains from the bath in the upstairs double bedded room. |

Beautiful luxury accommodation....like a country manor! Stunning location and stylish decoration. Gorgeous walks around the cottage. We loved it. Hares Leap Farm shop nearby is fabulous for Sunday lunch. Fantastic, helpful staff too. |

Perhaps there could be a few more big salad style bowls in the kitchen seeing as most guests will probably self cater for dinner. Only a minor concern! |

Lovely barn conversation. Location beautiful and we had a lovely holiday. Will certainly recommend and return if ever in the area. Local to many of the local beach areas and plenty to do for visitors. |

It's a shame there is no TV or music system in the large drawing room as we never used this room and it was disappointing as it had lovely views. Perhaps something for you to consider for in the future. |

The cottage was in a lovely location with really good views. The rooms were of good proportion and modern interior. During our stay all the people we met were polite and friendly. Overall our stay was 9/10! |

Overall really good my only slight minus points were the kitchen/dinning area size in overall proportion to the cottage (dining room in the tv room would have worked better for us as a family). We stayed over Christmas so the kitchen was very important and the dinibg area was tight for 6 adults. Also not enough christmas decorations there was a tree in the drawing room but that was all so didn't feel very festive within the cottage. Like I say only slight minus points but would have made our stay 10/10 |
