There are windows on two sides giving spectacular views over the surrounding countryside, and French windows opening on to the outside patio area. The Dining Kitchen is well equipped with custom built Stirling & Jones oak units, granite work surfaces and oak strip flooring. Kitchen equipment includes fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, microwave oven, dishwasher and washer/dryer. The double doors from the dining kitchen lead to a TV Lounge/Sitting Room, which has TV / Sky, DVD Player, a twin-seat sofa, armchairs, coffee tables and a feature stone fireplace with electric fire. The garden is not enclosed or fenced, and there is a patio area with garden furniture. There is also ample parking.
