Lovely and well presented cottage, very clean and had just about everything we needed for our weeks holiday. We had a lovely welcome pack of wine and chocolates, along with tea coffee and even milk in the fridge. Nice touch to have liquid soap and shower gels in place. WiFi worked most of the time,but only in the lounge..this wasn't a problem we were just glad it worked!! Very small front garden which allowed us to play some outdoor games,along with large gravelled area for parking and some cricket

Beautifully appointed cottage with everything you could want. Really enjoyed the stay and it was nice to be able to have our dog with us. Good base for exploring the East coast. Would definitely go back.

We enjoyed our stay in Manor House Farm and recommend it to anyone wanted a peaceful/ away from it all holiday in a beautiful valley but yet so close to the busy Yorkshire coast. Delightful renovation and high quality fixtures and fittings. All you need was there.

Very clean property on arrival and a very good standard of fixtures and fittings in the bathrooms and kitchen. obviously not done cheaply like some places we have been to before.
