Manor House Farm is the larger house section of a refurbished Grade II listed farmhouse set in the heart of the picturesque North Yorkshire countryside.
Located between the seaside town of Scarborough and the village of Snainton, in the North York Moors National Park, it is ideally situated for peace and tranquillity, as well as for plenty of activity in nearby towns and villages.

Beautifully renovated, this cottage comprises a living room, dining room, kitchen, three Bedrooms, three Bathrooms and a large garden.

An open doorway leads into the dining room with table and seating for six guests.
A door from the dining room leads to a Kitchen, which includes a fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. The kitchen is well-equipped for preparation, cooking and serving meals for six guests.
The back door (in the kitchen) opens to the back garden and drive.

There is a large garden at the front, side and back of the house, which is enclosed with wall, fence, and a gate. There is also plenty of parking space on the drive at the back of the cottage.

Dogs are welcome at an added fee of £20 per dog.
Please note: Gardens/Outside areas not necessarily dog proof, even if fenced/walled, so dogs must be kept under control at all times, especially near farm animals.
