Happy Easter!

So ... we've had Groundhog Day, National Libraries Day, Waitangi Day, Charles Dickens' Birthday, Chinese New Year, Pancake Day, Mardi Gras, Valentine's Day, School Half Term Holiday and World Thinking Day and that was only February! Here in North Yorkshire we had the wonderful Jorvik Viking Festival in York and Coastival in Scarborough, and the famous Flying Scotsman whizzed through the other day as well. The Bowes Museum, near the historic market town of Barnard Castle, houses significant collections of fine and decorative arts and hosts fantastic exhibitions through the year;  Sedbergh in Cumbria is an all year round attraction for walkers and lovers of nature, as is Scotland and the gorgeous Highlands.
