the fact there is no internet this would be a great advantage to the cottage for finding palces out and about and also entertaining the children on rainy days which it seems there is lots of ? |

The service and help from the Scarborough office. Joanne at the cottage should also be mentioned she even called to see if everything was ok when she was on holiday. The location looking over the moors is extremely tranquil and restful. |
No dishwasher was a bit of a pain. The cottage would benefit from more cutlery especially if you have to wash everything by hand. We don't go on holiday to watch TV but it could do with being larger, at least 32".

Really well appointed- my wife and daughter(late 20;s) both said they could live here.
Very clean and comfortable- lambing in the fields outside the cottage- very cute.
Close 5-10 mins to Barnard Castle for shops and restaurants and plenty else to see Bowes museum, High Force waterfall within 45 mins drive.
Would definitely stay again. |
