Might be worth checking the distribution of pans/ crockery etc between the 2 houses at the end of the season. We thought some pans in particular had migrated from Swallow to Roebuck. |

It was very comfortable and welcoming. The road leading to the cottage would have been a lot better minus the potholes which were a bit daunting with a hired car (worry about potential damage), although this would be the same with a private car. |

They were fine, esp the welcoming tea things when we went in - much appreciated. |

The setting of the cottage is marvellous on the edge of Munlochy Bay. The bedding, towels and facilties are very clean and the welcome pack is great so that you can have a cuppa when you arrive. We have been coming to the cottage for the past three years and will revisit every year. The wildlife and scenery is spectacular. Thank you for a great holiday. |

It would be good to have more mugs and some sharp knives and a couple of casserole dishes rather than just one. If you use the dishwasher like we do - we soon run out :). |

WiFi was very slow in the evening.
All the local leaflets were missing eg regarding local walks |

Location is great (even the weather this time) |
|
The only disappointment was one of the double glaze units at the front is blown, and hard to see through - needs urgent replacement. We come for the views of the Loch, sad to have to look through a faulty double glazed unit, luckily the weather allowed us to sit outside a lot.

The views are amazing the photos don’t do it justice. Home from home, love the welcome pack and there is everything you coul ever need. Spotlessly clean, loved the new carpet. We enjoyed the peace and quiet. |

Happy with everything. Maybe a laundry basket for taking the washing to the be hung out. |

Beautiful peaceful location a bird watchers paradise. Spacious accommodation which is always immaculate and comfortable. We've stayed at Bay Farm Cottages for many years now and have never been disappointed. |

Some of the kitchen equipment is in need of updating e.g. can opener was blunt and didn't open cans, a selection of good quality knives for food preparation would be useful.

Sadly only a short break this time, but everything at the cottage was perfect. The cottage is always cozy & comfortable whatever the season. The Black Isle has its own climate and usually dry when its raining over in nearby Inverness. Most mornings we were able to sit out on the patio having breakfast at 7.30am listening to the geese on Munlochy bay. As it gradually gets lighter they take off in massive groups, they return again at dusk & it's magical being so close. We had a fantastic exhibition from the dolphins at Chanonry in a stormy squall late Weds. We didnt see them in a whole week back in April! Cant wait to return, booked for March 2018 already! Thanks for everything. |
