The cottage is very comfortable and we love being in the countryside |

Quality and position were fab and we loved the space. Someone even came later on the day we arrived with kitchen paper for us .Would love to visit again |

Only thing it lacked was a dishwasher. I can take dirty washing home but miss my dishwasher so would much rather have one in kitchen. |

This was our 5th visit to West cottage which we really enjoyed.Over the years we have also stayed in East cottage, the cottage near Scarborough and 2 on the Black Isle so no doubt we will be booking one of the cottages again.
I have only given service 9 because the towels were missing when we arrived I would like to thank Julie for rectifying the problem.

Very helpful and friendly staff to deal with and the cottages have been renovated to a very high standard. I have stayed in several of the cottages and all have wonderfuly scenic countryside locations with quaint local villages and amenities nearby. |

It was very quiet with no disturbances. |
|
Some bulbs missing, light over sink in bathroom not working. Shower was a little hard to turn off. A clothes line would have been brilliant idea to dry clothes outside as one of my party had been travelling fro 4 weeks. Love clothes dried outside. |

I do like holidaying in west cottage as I like the situation and area it is in |

I was disappointed when I arrived at the cottage that some bedding was missing I tried to phone Joanne but later found out that she was on holiday so I had no-one to contact. 2 ladies came to the cottage door about 8pm that evening they were the cleaners and as they had no note of our stay but had seen our car parked at the cottage they decided to give our door a knock and they provided us with bedding. I was sorry to hear that one of the ladies husband had died and she must have been very upset and I was surprised she was out working. I think there was definately a lack of communication somewhere along the line this will not put me off booking the cottage again |

Loved the lay-out of the cotttage, the cosy kitchen, the very nice beds. It was a joy to stay at the West Cottage. Never been at a better place. |

Can't fault anything. It was all perfect.
Maybe you should look into the ropes on the foldable curtains, they are very vulnerable and break easily. But really that's just a comment to help you, not to criticize. |

2nd time we visited the area and stayed at West Cottage, would highly recommend this accommodation and will definitely use again in the future. Very peaceful and relaxing. |
