We had a really wonderful stay in the cottage Manor Farm in Troutsdale.
The cottage provided everything we needed and was cosy and clean.
The surroundings and the route up to the cottage were really breathtaking.
In other words, we loved it there and would like to go there again ! |

Manor House Farm Cottage provided peace, tranquility, beautiful views, and a property which has been restored to a very high standard. We would certainly have no hesitation in returning. |

A really beautiful cottage in a stunning location. Very well maintained and furnished/decorated with all the mod-cons. Our children loved having the sheep as neighbours and we enjoyed relaxing in the peaceful location - very comfortable. Lots of places to visit in the moors and coast within moderate journey times. Would love to return! |

Well laid out and equipped with good quality furnishings. Cottage in lovely area with good views all around. When we reported lights out in bathroom this was fixed rapidly

Just to check regularly all bulbs/equipment working. are working. Garden furniture required cleaning due to bird droppings but realise a problem as nesting swallows under eves this also meant an abundance of droppings on window sills. This however was cleaned during our stay |

Stunning location. Cosy, warm cottage. Comfortable beds. Dog-friendly (the kitchen flooring was ideal for this). It was a nice touch to find a generous box of tea, coffee, a litre of milk & chocs. The bathroom toiletries were also appreciated. |

The en suite had a couple of issues - the toilet had a very sluggish flush, the flush handle came off & both showers had poor drainage, although it didn't really bother us. But these things are probably easily fixed so they are worth mentioning.
On my wish-list I would say that a couple of chopping boards for meat & veggies would have been handy, as the bread board was in constant use with bread & cakes & we cooked most nights. Perhaps just some cheap, plastic ones so you don't have to keep moving the bread & sharing one board between many willing cooks! |

I loved the beautiful quaint setting of the cottage. It offered us privacy with amazing views bur was only a short drive to many lovely places. My son boxes he found early morning runs just perfect. The cottage was immaculate and offered everything we needed. Thankyou for the wine, and tea, coffee, sugar etc |

Only one issue we found that if we stayed a little to long in the upstairs shower that it dripped very slightly into the downstairs area. We then used the downstairs shower.
We cannot wait to return it was a wonderful experience |
