We have been coming to Roebuck cottage, several times a year for over 13 years, we absolutely love the cottage, location, walks, dog friendliness, total relaxation of our stay.

Roebuck is in a quiet, secluded position with a delightful outlook. There is an abundance of wildlife in the neighbourhood and pleasant walks from the doorstep. It is a 5 minute drive to basic supplies and takeaways, 10 minutes from a range of good produce outlets, restaurants and a selection of coastal walks. Being on the Black Isle sunshine hours are much higher than the national average. The accommodation has comfortable, spacious bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen and warm, bright living areas. Access is easy and parking at the property, making it a very relaxed retreat.

We were suprised and delighted when we arrived. Such a beautiful property in a stunning peaceful setting, exceeded our expectations. The quality of everything in the property has been completed to a very high standard from furnishings, linen, kitchen and dining equipment. All mod cons including sky box which was great for me to keep up to date and wifi to keep my husband too. From a logistical point of view this property is very well positioned as we were very close to Inverness for shopping and resteraunts. You can also explore the highlands eadily going north, south, east or west. Or go south towards Aviemore and the cairngorms park. The Black Isle itself is itself is really beautiful and the property is close to munlochy, Fortrose and Rosemarkie for some very nice Resteraunt's.

It's a real home from home..... with bonuses! The location is amazing, the cottage is beautiful and there is plenty of wildlife to see. We've been lot of times and the standard has never slipped. We usually re-book as soon as we get home.

I have assumed that 1 is low and high is 10 on your scale, although this is not specified. Surprised after all these months to be asked to comment, normally these feedback forms are received much more promptly. We had a very pleasant stay at Roebuck - very mixed weather, from snow to hot sun, all in 7 days, Cottage lovely, views lovely, and one very happy dog! A peaceful and relaxing break.

Peace, tranquility, relaxation. Good local shops, restaurants, cafes. Lots to do in the area - walking, wildlife, history, etc. Accommodation provides very comfortable, convenient living with great views. Good walks from the door.

We have been holidaying at Munlochy for almost 12 years , initially at Easter, but now we visit at least three times a year with friends, dogs, family. We love the location and the peacefulness and hope to have many more good times there.
