I assume 10 is the highest? The cottage was absolutely lovely. Very well equipped and in a beautiful location. We enjoyed every minute.

Very comfortable, furnishings of a high quality. Lovely location. Log fire especially welcome as we were snowed in for 3 days. Very enjoyable, relaxing week. Thanks

THE COTTAGE WAS SPACIOUS AND IN GOOD ORDER. ALL FURNISHINGS WERE IN VERY GOOD CONDITION. WE WOULD CERTAINLY CONSIDER STAYING AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.

Lovely location. Joanne came and sorted central heating system as it was full on when we arrived and no instructions. One evening as chilly and we thoroughly enjoyed the log fire.

Another great stay everything so straight forward and easy. All the family enjoyed and we would use it again, the Italian in Barnard castle is amazing.

The Cottage was immaculate, very homely, warm and the log fire was brilliant. Couldn't fault any thing, the milk in the fridge, tea coffee and sugar basket and the vase of flowers were a very nice thoughtful touch!

Well furnished & equipped. Warm welcome & warm comforable accommodation. Logs & coal for fire in sitting room as well as good central heating much appreciated as the weather during our stay was not very good. We loved the location & would certainly like to return in the future.
