The Otter Lodge
Travelling north on the A9 Perth-Inverness road, cross over the Kessock Bridge just north of Inverness and continue to the first roundabout, which is at Tore. Take the A832 to Fortrose (the 4th exit from the roundabout) and 5 miles further turn off left at the signpost for Rosehaugh Estate. Follow the Estate Drive for about half a mile with the burn on your right hand side. When you come to a stone bridge, you will see a blue sign for the Otter Lodge and the Boat House. Follow the track with the burn still on your right hand side. The Otter Lodge is the first building you come to.

The Boat House

Follow the track with the burn still on your right hand side. Pass the square stone building, continue across a wooden bridge, up a slight rise and you will see the Boat House at the end of the track, beside the lochan.

Red Kite House
Travelling north on the A9 Perth-Inverness road, cross over the Kessock Bridge just north of Inverness and continue to the first roundabout, which is at Tore. Take the A832 to Fortrose (the 4th exit from the roundabout) and 5 miles further turn off left at the signpost for Rosehaugh Estate. Follow the Estate Drive for about half a mile with the burn on your right hand side. When you come to a stone bridge, you will see a blue sign for Red Kite House pointing across the bridge and up the hill. Follow the main tarmac drive up the hill negotiating a steep hairpin bend, and continue until you come to a track on your left which is lined with trees on each side and signposted “Red Kite House”. Take this track round two sides of a field, Red Kite House is at the end of the track.
