Ground Floor Accommodation surrounded by decking, Osprey Apartment at Red Kite House makes the most of the lawns and stunning woodland that surround the house and with all the bedrooms on the ground floor and a ramp at the entrance, it is also suitable for the less mobile.
Lounge: A very attractive and bright room with a big comfy leather suite and large windows with French doors to the deck. Wide screen TV with satellite channels, DVD and CD player.
Dining Kitchen: Well planned kitchen with double electric oven and electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer along with large dining table which extends to seat ten.
Double Bedroom: Spacious double bedroom with king sized bed and ample hanging and drawer space. French doors leading out to the deck.
Bathroom: Shower, toilet and wash hand basin and heated towel rail.
Double Bedroom: Double bed with ample hanging and drawer space.
Ensuite Shower Room: Shower, toilet and hand wash basin with heated towel rail.

| Booking Cancellation Policy |
|
| The holidaymaker is liable for the total hire charge unless written notice of the intention to cancel the booking is received at least eight weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday. The deposit paid to confirm the booking and other monies paid, will only be refunded if the Owner is able to re-let the holiday cottage for the period of the holiday let. In the event of re-letting the Owner will retain the sum of £100 plus VAT to cover administrative costs and (subject to deduction of that sum) refund to the holidaymaker the balance of monies received from the holidaymaker or the sum received from re-letting whichever sum shall be the lower. Every effort will be made to re-let a cancelled booking but the holidaymaker is advised to take out holiday insurance to cover that eventuality. |
