NORTH COTTAGE (Sleeps 4 plus up to two well behaved dogs by prior arrangement)

Weekly check in day is a Saturday and can be booked online. Shorter breaks, with a minimum of 3 nights are available by contacting us.

Tariff
Low Season £250 per week, Mid Season £350 per week and High Season £450 per week. Up to two well behaved dogs welcome by prior arrangement at a rate of £20 per dog.

Ground Floor Accommodation

Lobby:

Fitted cupboard.

Sitting Room:

Twin aspect tastefully furnished sitting room with countryside views and traditional open log fire (logs provided in log basket). Two twin seater sofas, Freeview TV/DVD/Radio, Chinese chest, coffee tables and standard lamps. French windows opening onto the patio and garden.

Kitchen:

Entrance down three steps into a light spacious fully fitted dining kitchen, featuring a 6 seater dining table. Kitchen equipment includes fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, microwave oven and dishwasher. All culinary tools are provided.

Second Lobby leading on to Utility:

Washer/dryer, iron and ironing board.

Master Bedroom:

Elegantly furnished master bedroom with a 5’ bed, wardrobe, bedside cupboards and lamps, cheval mirror and chest of drawers. Anti-allergy duvet and pillows with luxury bed linen is provided. A hair dryer is also supplied.

Bathroom:

Well equipped bathroom with bath/shower, WC and heated towel rail. Towels provided.

First Floor Accommodation:

Twin Bedroom:

Tastefully furnished bedroom with two 3’ beds, wardrobe, chest of drawers and chair.

Ensuite Bathroom:

Well equipped bathroom containing bath with shower attachment, WC, heated towel rail and chair.

Outdoors:

Garden with patio furniture and ample parking.
